We deploy methods like conducting telephonic interview, scheduling face to face interviews and consistent follow up till the candidate joins the organisation. Our behavioural event interviewing (BEI) method ensures right fit and lesser rejection among the pool of candidates scheduled for the interview.
We offer Executive Search, Leadership Hiring and Head Hunting. We act as a specialist in conducting BEI interviews on behalf of the client if the client request for the same. We also deal with product such as recruitment assessment tools.
On need basis we administer appropriate psychometric tests. Staffing services is other vertical we have recently ventured into. Our clientele are spread over pan India. We cater predominantly Engineering, Manufacturing, Education & IT Sectors.
Our talent acquisition team consists of qualified engineers with 5+ years in industry, HR professionals and a business unit head .
